How To Build Long-Lasting Relationships With Your Customers

This simple strategy will only take 1% of your time…and it will make a huge difference in the Growth of your Business.

We all put a lot of time and energy into getting new clients….but what happens after we get that new client?

In this video, I go into detail about we treat our new customers so that we can really take our company to the next level.

It’s as simple as creating a Personal Touch after the sale.

For example, when somebody is looking to generate More Leads and Market their Business using LinkedIn….they join our program called LinkedUniversity.

Once they do this…I personally send them a signed book.

This Personal Touch is something almost nobody else is doing. Doing this will set you apart from almost every other business out there.

Think about it…have YOU ever gotten anything personal in the mail, after you bought something from somebody for $1,000 or more?

When you reach out to people in this way…it lets your customers know that you really care about them, and that they really mean something to you. You can do this regardless of whether you are an online, offline, or brick and mortar business.

DO these things and really CONNECT

It’s as Simple as doing anyone of these things for a new customer;

  • Sending them a Thank You card
  • Sending them a book that you’ve written
  • Picking up the phone to thank them
  • Sending them a box of chocolates or brownies

The WOW Factor

Their response is most likely going to be; “Wow…this person (business) really cares about me.” And you do…so it’s a win/win for you AND your new customer.

This will create longer lasting relationships, which in turn will Generate More Sales over the long haul.

A lot of people don’t do this because it takes worknot a lot…but it still takes a chunk of time to sit down and do this kind of stuff.

But doing this will help you create stronger bonds with your clients and customers…and these relationships will help you move your business much faster in whatever direction you are trying to move it.

The 1% Rule

Doing these simple things will only take 1% of your time. You are already spending the other 99% trying to Get New Clients…so why not spend that extra 1% and really take things to the Next Level.

  • Great advice as always, Josh. We do this for our LEAD members at Mastermind to Millions. Every new member gets a special Titanium ring (we know our members’ ring size!) and we surprise them with another really great welcome gift… not to mention some surprise gifts over the course of the year.
